Objectives
client's (a large Jewelry retailer in US west coast) business has been run by the same family for three generations. Their welcoming, customer-friendly formula has made them one of the nation's largest jewelers.

To better manage their multiple locations, the client (a large Jewelry retailer in US west coast) chose the Oracle E-Business Suite to deliver timely and reliable information on financial, sales, inventory and operational performance. Due to OSI Consulting's experience in customizing Oracle E-Business applications for other customers, the client turned to OSI to set up the systems and provide ongoing 24x7 support. The goals for the new system were:

Approach
OSI designated multiple teams spread across client locations in the United States and India to work on different projects. OSI teams in the U.S. deliver Oracle E-Business implementation and customization projects, and on completion transfer 24x7 support to the OSI India team.
