Job Description :
|
- Will be required to liaise with the Client directly and not only provide solutions to business issues but also help develop business by proposing ideas leading to CRs / new projects.
- Should displays good team spirit & self-confidence in dealing with others and demonstrate strong initiative with team members.
- Display in depth understanding in the Functional/ technical areas. Supports Customer with expert guidance by providing satisfactory clarifications to the queries/ issues
- Deliver high quality Solution in time as per specifications. Keeps the leads informed well in advance in case of any risks/ slippages that are beyond his/ her control
Required Skills
- 10+ years Industry experience with Professional SCM Certification CPIM, CSA APICS, BE, M Tech, Phd.
- At least 7+ years of Oracle Applications Functional Consulting in SCM modules
- Should have worked in R12 Version Oracle of e Business
- Very strong communication, presentation & client management skills
- Consulting experience
- US experience
Knowledge
- Atleast 5 Apps end-to-end implementation is required
- Should be able to work as individual contributor and as a team member
- Should have familiarity with all deliverables of project methodologies like AIM and should be able to generate respective documents
- Should be aware of the Quality standards adapted for the engagement and strive to deliver better than such standards

Other Requirements :

- Flexible to travel at short notice to the US – (2 – 3 days) for trips ranging from 1 week to a couple of months
