Senior Account Analyst:
Evaluate, diagnose and correct complex operational issues using system/alert logs and/or third party utilities
under tight deadlines with limited data and minimal on-site assistance. Comprehend the functionality and
operation of new versions or products within a limited timeframe with little or no outside assistance.
Recognize related incidents and cause/effect incident relationship to drive, prioritize and implement problem
resolution steps. Recognize the need for assistance and seek assistance when required. Familiar with hardware
configurations typical to the areas of specialization, server and device hardware and design concepts,
application configurations that are typical to the areas of specialization. Participate in weekly customer
meetings and be single point of contact on technical issues, problem resolution and service expectations.
Ensure appropriate treatment and/or resolution of daily incident by for the assigned customer base. Delegate
tasks to personnel in various department and geographical locations. Ensure tasks delegated to other personnel
are completed in a timely and appropriate manner. Provide and update SOPs related to the customer on need
basis. Provide proactive support to the customer which includes but not limited to: performance tuning, patch
analysis, best practice audits, backup and recovery analysis. Review for recurring issues and perform root
cause analysis. MS in Computer Science (or foreign equiv.) OR BS in Computer Science (or foreign equiv.)
